White sat out England’s first two group matches and missed their win over Wales through illness.
The Football Association announced the 25-year-old left the English camp the next day.
Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey and American goalkeeper Matt Turner are also back in training with the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta’s side are in Dubai preparing for a friendly with AC Milan on Tuesday.
The Daily Star reported on Thursday that White was unhappy in the England camp and had fallen out with assistant Steve Holland.
