Five of Saturday’s Ligue 2 matches and one Ligue 1 match have been postponed due to frozen pitches.
Sunday’s game in the Championship between Luton and Millwall has also been cancelled.
Peterborough v Shrewsbury has been postponed to the third tier.
League Two games at AFC Wimbledon, Hartlepool, Northampton, Stockport and Tranmere have all been postponed, with the Cobblers game against Carlisle rescheduled for Tuesday December 20.
No new date has yet been given for any of the other canceled matches.
Further inspections are expected at a number of EFL grounds after a week of freezing weather across England.
