
Captain Leah Williamson returns to Sarina Wiegman’s England squad as they seek to retain the Arnold Clark Cup later in February.
The Arsenal defender missed November meetings with Japan and Norway through injury but is included with uncapped goalkeeper Emily Ramsey.
The Lionesses will face South Korea in Milton Keynes on February 16 and Italy in Coventry on February 19.
Their last match is against Belgium in Bristol on February 22.
England finished ahead of Spain, Canada and Germany to win the round robin in 2022.
Injured Arsenal striker Beth Mead is among those who missed this year’s 26-man squad, but Jess Park, who scored 79 seconds in her debut against Japanis included.
There is also a recall for Manchester City midfielder Laura Coombs, who last played for the Lionesses in November 2020.
But there is no room among the strikers for Manchester United’s Nikita Parris, nor for Bethany England after his January move from Chelsea to Tottenham.
Midfielder Jordan Nobbs, who moved from Arsenal to Aston Villa last month, has also been left out along with Everton’s Gabby George and Manchester City’s Esme Morgan.
The tournament comes as Wiegman’s side look to build on a historic 2022 – when they were crowned European champions – as they head into this summer’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, which will be held from July 20 to August 20.
England, who will be among the favourites, will continue their preparation with a match against Brazil at Wembley on April 6 in the inaugural UEFA Women’s Finalissima.
