Spokko developers, the CD Projekt studio that created the game, thanked players for their time in the free game, adding that the global community “defeated over 100 million monsters”.

The Witcher: Monster Slayer launched for iOS and Android devices on July 21, 2021, although it was first revealed with a trailer in August 2020. News of the shutdown comes two days after CD Projekt Red announced that the taking control of Gwent: The Witcher’s Card Game would be extinguished by the end of 2023.
