Lionel Messi then netted a second from close range, after a first-half effort was ruled out for offside, before Arnaud Novin and Warren Zaire-Emery exchanged goals late.
The win puts PSG five points clear at the top of Ligue 1, but Mbappe’s physical condition will be a concern.
