Nintendo will be streaming a new Nintendo Direct presentation on Wednesday, February 8, promising new details about upcoming Switch games. The February Nintendo Direct will air live at 5:00 p.m. EST / 2:00 p.m. PST, on the Youtube channel.
Wednesday’s Nintendo Direct showcase will last “approximately” 40 minutes, Nintendo said, and will focus on games coming to Nintendo Switch in the first half of 2023.
Nintendo’s announced lineup for Nintendo Switch includes KirbyBack to Dream Land Deluxewhich is a remake of the 2011 Wii game; Origins of Bayonetta: Cereza and the Lost Demona fairy tale-inspired adventure starring a young Bayonetta; The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the KingdomFollowing breath of the wild; And pikmine 4a new entry in the long-running action/strategy series that remains a mystery.
Also on Nintendo’s slate, but still undated, is Advanced Wars 1+2: Reboot Camp, a remake of two Advance Wars games from the Game Boy Advance era. After a substantial delay, the Advance Wars Collection for Switch is expected to arrive soon.
Of course, Nintendo also has other big plans for 2023, including the opening of the Super Nintendo Land theme park at Universal Studios Hollywood on February 17 and the release of THE Super Mario Bros. Movie April 7.
