McSweeney is still, reasonably, a bit worried about the “mixed messages” she’s getting from Musk. After receiving the attorneys’ letter, Twitter’s attorneys said its computer systems would be restored. This does not happen. On Friday, a judge granted McSweeney’s injunction that prevents her from being fired but does not restore her job. The court will return to his case next week.
