Valorant will be holding its biggest event ever with $1 Million in prize money and the championship trophy on the line.

Format: Valorant Champions tour

There will be GSL-style group play followed by an eight-team single elimination bracket. Based on their respective finish at Challenger events and their region’s strength, the teams were initially split into four draw pools.

  • In Pool 1, the winning entries are: NA #1, EMEA #1, KR, and M3
  • A second group consists of NA #2, EMEA #2, LATAM, and BR #1
  • The NA LCQ, EMEA LCQ, SEA #1, and Japan have been added to Pool 3.
  • In Pool 4, the number of teams is BR 2, SEA 2, SAm LCQ, APAC LCQ

As part of the Group Stage, teams will compete in a four-team bracket that will be double-elimination to determine two winners from each group. Teams from Pool 1 will face teams from Pool 4 in the first round of each group, while teams from Pool 2 will face teams from Pool 3.

The Knockout Stage will be seeded by a random drawing after the Group Stage. Each team that advances out of their group in the first place will be randomly assigned a second-place team from a different group. In the first round, the teams that placed first and second will face off against each other in an eight-team elimination bracket.

The final eight teams will be decided by a single-elimination bracket in which one will emerge as this year’s Valorant world champions.
