Several French players have caught colds, with Raphaël Varane and Ibrahima Konaté the latest to fall ill and miss training, the French Football Federation have confirmed.
Striker Randal Kolo Muani said those infected are self-isolating in their rooms.
France will face Argentina in the World Cup final on Sunday at 15:00 GMT.
“Those who are sick stay in their rooms,” Kolo Muani said. “They are being taken care of by doctors and we have imposed social distancing. We are very strict about this.”
Striker Ousmane Dembele agreed, saying the team were ‘not afraid’ of the virus: “We have taken precautions and I think everyone will be ready.”
Boss Didier Deschamps had said on Wednesday he expected Upamecano and Rabiot to be good enough for the final.
However, if Konaté and Varane are ruled out, he will have a selection dilemma as he would be without two of his top three defenders.
